  Landlords Beware
  We have found Gold Coast Realestate to be totally unprofessional. Phone calls and emails were not responded to and denied having been received despite confirmation from their email system.
  Final property reports, invoices and statements required the Office of Fair Trading to successfully intervene on our behalf before we received them.
  This company is NOT a member of REIQ and their standards reflect this.

  Unprofessional agent ever.
  Phone calls and emails had never been responded. Only they wanted to tell something, to send notification, they do. Once my partner called them to ask about it , they keep saying that they were busy. The manager of agent was changed the phone. She said my partner were arrogant. Furthermore my partner and I almost got vacate form from them. I can not believe that all the story. Excellent property and nice and friendly landlord but this thing happened, we couldn't keep renting.
